Regarding Scopley's acquisition of the Niantic gaming division

I saw an article that said it was acquiring a majority of its Niantic gaming division from Scopley, a subsidiary of Savvy Games Group.

The games being acquired included Pokémon GO and Wayfarer.
But Ingress was not included.

Wayspot is based on Ingress, right?

I don’t think there’s anything coming out yet, but…
Wayfarer and Ingress were operating in the same Niantic game division. When acquired by Scopley, Ingress remained in Niantic and Wayfarer moved to Scopley, becoming a different company.
In this regard, we are concerned about whether there will be any changes in the main contents related to Wayspot.

This content is also related to Wayfarer, but will it be hidden because it is not related to Wayspot?
I checked after I wrote that there was a similar article right below

This thread will likely either be deleted or merged with the existing thread, as there doesn’t need to be multiple threads about it and there’s plenty of ongoing discussion on the existing thread.
