Rejected removal of PRP wayspots

I’m requesting the team to review some wayspots located on SFPRP, my removal request was rejected. Nearly all of these wayspots are easily visible on streetview or well documented on monumental websites.

  5. Gevelsteen Eerste Tilburcsche Bontweverij at 51.569525, 5.085954999999999 This ornament is located on the front of two single family homes
  6. Goudsmit En Orlosimaker at 51.551153, 5.074093 Attached to the outside wall of a single family home
  7. ELECtr. SMEDERIJ at 51.568435, 5.093154 This ornament is located on the front wall of a single family home (nr 243)

  10. Mariakapel Balistraat at 51.562143, 5.101825 This is another wall ornament that is probably located on a single family home. it is not visible on streetview so it might even be fake.
  11. Maria And Baby Jesus Mural at 51.559315, 5.103135 Judging by the type of brick wall this ornament is placed on it is yet again placed on the outside wall or fence of a single family home.

  14. Oud Ziekenhuis at 51.558557, 5.09871 Listed as a monumental building. There is a dutch website that provides additional information about monumental buildings: Professor Dondersstraat 20 | Monumenten.nl. This website clearly states this is a single family home.
  15. Villa ‘De Verloren Tijd’ at 51.555862, 5.099025 Listed as a monumental building. There is a website for the city of Tilburg that provides additional information about monumental buildings: Sint Josephstraat 98-100 | Heemkundekring Tilburg. No, I’m trying to get 25 wayspots removed not pokéstops specifically. Each of these wayspots is located on SFPRP and can thus be considered abuse/against the criteria.

Just by them being in the database (new) submitters get the wrong idea of what’s an acceptable wayspot. This leads to even more submissions/wayspots that are against the criteria. One of the reasons Niantic is extra strict in the Netherlands is because the community has been accepting stuff like this for far too long.

I think PRP is up for debate in a lot of countries. A lot of PRP wayspots are safe to interact with without disturbing residents. Especially those on walls/fences that directly face the street and can be reached without entering the property. But Niantic makes the rules and doesn’t want wayspots on SFPRP in their database.

@Tokekkebo It looks like we haven’t gotten to this request yet or it hasn’t been submitted through in-game. At this time, we only take appeals to overturn decisions we’ve already made.
