  1. When this portal was created, nearly a decade ago, it should not have been approved at the time. It was a stenciled bit of graffiti on a city sidewalk; not even a smooth sidewalk, but a very textured bit of walk where it was difficult to see the stencil when it was new and on a good day.
  2. When it existed, it was on a section of the walkway that was very close to the nearby power box. The Google Map link above shows the street view from July 2017 that has the clearest image of the graffiti.
  3. Additional images included are: a) reference image to find the art as it disappears, and then several street views from various years to show it’s disappearance process.
