This waypoint is not what it claims to be. It was submitted as a “fountain”, but is rather a large catch basin with temporary seasonal flower planters around the edge. Out of season, it’s just a big stone catch basin.
It does not have any running water features, no benches, and is in an alley way between two buildings. It is not a “courtyard” for people to gather in. There are no benches in this “courtyard”. The flowers are there to make the area look nicer than it actually is.
This location has no significance. It’s name is misleading and does not belong highlighted as an interesting location in any Niantic game. It is sometimes used by company vehicles for parking, thus making it unsafe to gather here.
