Please remove this powerspot, it has been reported many times and the Niantic team always rejects it, from street view it is clearly seen that the site does not exist, so that makes me think that the team does not review as it should because if not they would have already realized that the marking is on private property and in the Google Street View timelapse that site has never existed.

Having said that, it does look like a business run from a private residential property. I have removed the Wayspot.
