Thanks for the appeal, @dtAxl! We took another look at the Wayspot in question and decided that it does not meet our criteria for removal at this time.

I am very glad that y’all take extra precaution when someone is reporting a gym for removal, but this does appear to be closed according to Google:

Their Facebook page has not been updated for 3 years

Is there something the OP could do to convince that it is closed? A video of the area or something like that?

Was the linked news article even looked at? It clearly says the chain business had to shut down because of tax fraud

Since regulars with way more experience agree could yall take a look at this again? Also is there anything I could do to prove this restaurant is closed if there isn’t enough proof?
