1. Firstly, those two portals obviously seems to be carved lions in front of one building.
   Although not same location, the style of the lion sculptures and same marble stairs indicate that they are a pair.
   

   
   
   
   

2. Secondly, description in Black lion says 人民检察院 which means People’s Procuratorate in English.
   

   
   
   In Baidu map there’s a 人民检察院 poi information at location of Black lion . So it can be considered that location of 红眼石狮子 is not correct.

3. But in street view, there’s nor any 人民检察院 or any carved lions at 22.510809,114.048307 or 22.509722,114.0475. According to satellite images, construction is underway nearby. It can be assumed that the People’s Procuratorate has moved away.

4. In summary, there may was a pair of carved lions in front of a People’s Procuratorate near 22.510809,114.048307, but it does not exist any more.
