First of all, this Wayspot’s location is incorrect. In the background of the photo on file, one can see the sign of 香港名店街 (31.232021,121.471415). So that is its actual location.

Secondly, this topiary tree has been removed. Current geotagged photos from the exact same angle as photo on file (notice the same building in the background):
