Removing a Pokestop on private property not possible?

Thanks for the appeal @alerich , this Wayspot doesn’t meet our criteria for removal and as a result, we stand by our decision to not remove it.

Regarding any requests from the property owner/manager, we are unable to share any details of our conversation with third party.

Best,

Thanks for your answer and a reaction from Niantic stuff. Its undestandable that you dont want to remove a spot because of a single request from one person. But please take the Request of a property management and the owners of the property serious. Thats why i opened this post. The owners have problems with unkown persons in thier garden. Today we found two more adult players in the private garden. Thats not ok und not legal. Please undestand this. We have two public Stops on a public ground near to our private property. Its not a problem to remove the stop in private property-

The game is warns players to respect local trespass rules etc. Presumably there is a way to tackle any trespassers ( playing a game or not)
I have always observed that requests from a property owner are taken seriously. However you cant be part of the that exchange or dialogue.

Why dont you talk again to property management. It seems that property management didnt provide enough document to the wayfarer team.

I thought they have just recently provided another set of documents and while the result is awaited, they also made this forum post here?

I know what the property management sent and i know that the owners dont want to have this stop on their property. Thesy provided all documents Niantic wanted to have + the contact information of an owner too. This wanted Niantic too. Thats why i opened this post here. Our property management provides everything Niantic wants, yet the stop is not being removed. This is ot understandable

This seems to be many people talking on behalf of others.

If the property managers are not happy with the outcome then it is themselves that need to contact Niantic again and discuss what is missing.

You can state what has been sent but as stated Niantic will not discuss the outcome (and correctly so).

None staff on here can only make suggestions but we are not going to be able to make any changes.

In Summery: The Property Management need to contact Niantic again…

You may know all this information, but the only dialogue that can happen is between the property owner and Niantic.
There is nothing else that can be said.
