Residential Subdivision Name Sign on SFPRP

When submitting a Wayspot Appeal, make sure to include as much of the following information as possible:

  • Wayspot Title: Woodvale Crest
  • Location (lat/lon): Lat -31.782107 Long 115.787558
  • City: Woodvale
  • Country: Australia
  • Screenshot of the Rejection Email (do not include your personal information):
  • Additional Information (if any):

The residential subdivision (Woodvale Crest) name sign has been installed on the outer facing brick wall / property boundary of a single-family private residential property (SFPRP).

The pinned location at 62 Parkwood Ave is SFPRP as detailed in the following link - 62 Parkwood Avenue, Woodvale WA 6026 | For Sale Offers in the Mid $1m’s.

Just to add info the correct co-ords for the POI is -31.782243,115.787453

The current wayspot photo is a close cropped photo of the name sign. The updated photo is a wider angle shot that captures the residential property and is taken standing slightly away from the pinned wayspot location. This is probably the reason the photo geotag information is slightly different to yours.

This property is situated on a roundabout that borders Trappers Drive. Whilst the house official street address is in Parkwood Avenue, I believe that the wayspot is pinned to the property border that runs along Trappers Drive.

Thanks for the appeal, Explorer. We have retired the Wayspot in question and you should see these changes reflected soon.
