Good job on yandex map. Google map is 10years old obselete. So sad to hear this memorial vandalized. Hopefully the new one is made from stronger material. I was wondering why ingress photo and new one is not the same. Turn out it was vandalized and the community make it bigger. You should mention this because without reading the news, people can think that it was photoshopped.
Sorry to bother you, but could you please check whether wayspot was properly restored, because it seems that poor wayspot in question was removed once again
I have a strong belief that I’d seen the restored uncaptured portal about 14-17 hours after the NianticLC’s comment that everything was fine.
I dived inside the portal and saw that there were two photos. I also noted that the portal was shown as already captured (so this information is not lost after removing/restoring).
But when I was able to get to the place in person today, I found that the portal was gone again.
