Not fussed either way, and was half expecting this to be rejected, but I am wondering if this would be deemed eligible / acceptable? If so, should I pass it via the in-game appeal?

Title:
Costons Brook Footbridge - Perivale Park.
Description:
The Footbridge provides access to both Perivale Park & Pear Tree Park which forms part of the Capital Ring network (Route 8). Perivale Park & Pear Tree Park is located along the River Brent (which goes through 4 different London Boroughs), however the park is situated within the London Borough of Ealing.

I’d appeal. I’m not big on footbridges but this one seems to function as an entry point to a large park/recreational area, plus the rejection reasons are false (edit: at least, as far as I can see from the screenshot). If appeal fails, try it again.
This has also just been rejected.
In my experience, UK reviewers dont like these bridges despite them being pretty decent waypoints in my opinion
Took me 10 tries to submit something pretty similar ie wooden footbridge over a waterway on a path entering a park
Would say keep trying or appeal or both

I have one of the Footbridges in my queue on hold in case I need / want to resubmit. However, I won’t be going back to resubmit the others unless I am in the area.

Oh
I was just going to ask what happened to this one.

A part of me was expecting this to be rejected. Have put in an appeal and will see if Niantic will overturn the rejection. The park isn’t a million miles away, but requires 2 buses and a 40 to 60 minutes just to get there, also the Park is on what appears to be on a flood plane, so I don’t want to make a trip and have to battle with the elements just to resubmit.

Oh Ive gone paddling for wayfarer purposes before, walking boots though rather than wellies
But in all seriousness, if the park was local, as in 10 or 20 minutes away, I could justify making the trip bare footed if needed. But as I don’t drive, getting to this park is a trek that I don’t want to make for another rejection.

Yeah definitely, I generally wayfarer where I am rather than making specific trips to just submit things. #casual
1 out of the 3 bridges have been accepted (Looks like Community Voting). The other 2 bridges have gone into Niantic Review.

Let’s hope for a good outcome
It looks like a nice park. I must visit London and do some of these ordinary things rather than focus on the tourist traps

Nowt wrong with Tourist traps to be fair… Ordinary can be boring sometimes…

The other 2 bridges have been approved. Whoever in Niantic who reviewed the 2 appeals, thank you.

The Confetti ball emojis the closest one to it.
It is but it’s not commonly used the way🎉 is.
Bottom line great outcome. More please
Well, the good thing is the Park is getting a new Pokemon Go Gym. Also got a gym nearer to Greenford Station.
There’s been other portals that have been approved in and around the respective areas (have been synced with Ingress, but not with Pokemon Go yet).
I don’t know if I want to do the whole Cycleways network yet. Am going to see if the one I submitted gets through or not.
