It is a semi-detached house, with a house number for each part. And each part has their own driveway and garden. The object for the wayspot also clearly shows on the satellite view.

Certainly looks residential. Can you get a photo from the street in front?

Unfortunately street view is lacking at that location.

Thanks for the appeal, @iFrankmans. After reviewing the additional evidence provided, we’ve decided to retire the Wayspot in question.
