Is there a decoration all the time? If yes, how about nominating the location, rather than the specific decoration?
I don’t think there is any guarantee that there will be decoration. It’s all up to the mall management. Without decoration it’s just a lawn.
One could nominate the mall building to the north as a permanent Wayspot.
