It looks to me as though this is an Ingress play issue.
We can only deal with issues to do with the wayspots not the links.
If that is not the case can you explain further please.
Otherwise you need to contact Ingress support.

Previously, minor moves would break links. Now they don’t, instead, you end up with a mess.

It’s likely what happened here.

Flip the portal and throw new links. The the world will be back as it was.

Or consider a new in game challenge to work with.

(As I’ve mentioned in other topics, I like to right-place portals, so I have a bunch of these around me. I just keep recharging them.)
