This is not the place to appeal rejected nominations. You do that from your contributions page Niantic Wayfarer
You get 2 appeals, each on a 20 day counter before you can use it again. If you don’t see the appeal button, you don’t have one to use right now.
If you would like to get advice on either appealing or making a new submission of this, you can post screenshots of the nomination for advice.
