Tengo meses que intenté poner mi ciudad natal y la de bonificación y solo se quedó en cargando. Nunca más se cargó por completo o se actualiza.

That is very frustrating!
You may want to include what devices and browsers you have tried this on as it may help staff when they see this.
Also you do not want to pick the same place for Home and Bonus locations. You also want these to be different than your current play area.
I see that you have been able to update your Home Town and Bonus Location. Please let me know if you need any further assistance.
