Wayfarer account issue following temporary suspension

Hello,

I am looking for clarification regarding my Niantic Wayfarer account status.

My account received a 30-day suspension (Ladder Step 2) in August 2025, during the Pokémon GO Fest 2025 period. This suspension should have ended a long time ago.

However, since then, I still cannot access my Wayfarer account, and it continues to display a message stating that my account is suspended.

I would like to know if:
•This is normal after a 30-day suspension, or
•If this could indicate an issue where my account was not properly reinstated after the suspension period ended.

If any Niantic staff or experienced Wayfarer community members could provide clarification, I would really appreciate it.

Staff should be able to restore your Wayfarer account when they come online in a few hours.

Its normal. It seems staff need manually reopen your account

I see that your suspension has already been lifted. You should have access to your Wayfarer account now.
