Thanks for the appeal, @ArcanjoPiedade We took another look at the Wayspot in question and decided that it does not meet our criteria for removal at this time. Please note that trying to falsify evidence to manipulate our decision is against our guidelines and may lead to the termination of your Pokémon GO account.
I was curious so took a look and Google street view from two months ago shows there is nothing resembling the POI at the exact POI coordinates. If it was ever there, it doesn’t seem to be any more.
