I couldn’t find any transformer box at the location of this wayspot, and based on on-field confirmation, it could be the Duplicate of the nearby wayspot “雙花變電箱”(Double Flower Electric Box) (location: 25.038181,121.505170)
You can confirm that the two are the same wayspot according to the above street view.

Additional Information:
A. These transformer boxes once had murals on them, but like other threads said, due to avoid distracting drivers in the city, they have now been painted to single color, and the murals have been removed.
B. The reason why the transformer box mural is Waypsot is naturally because of the mural, not the transformer box itself. Just like after the painting on a wall is removed, the wall naturally cannot become Waypsot.
