  It is private territory, gates closed, protected by armed security. Including proof photo:
  
  
  
  On the right there is path to private house. Probably can reach edge of portal, but still this is also private yard.
  On the left there are another gates. Were open at that moment, but it is also private territory. And I did not want to to invade foreign territory.
  
  

Portal not taken by machina probably because there are other portals nearby and fire removes machina ownership. But I have not seen anybody take that portal in two years.

Just because something is in a gated area, it doesn’t necessarily mean it’s invalid. If it’s a single family private residence, then yes, that would be ineligible. If it’s just some sort of business property where only workers and visitors have access, then that’s perfectly fine.

Thanks for the appeal, @zmogas We took another look at the Wayspot in question and decided that it does not meet our criteria for removal at this time.
