Additional Information (if any): The location of the Wayspot is above the “Blakes of Dover” pub, appropriately, but in-game reflects the possibility of being above “Dino’s” eatery due to being similar in the nominated photo - but the railing is the giveaway (either way, neither of the areas above the windows have the carved wording present anymore).
The waypoint has since been cleared and painted, therefore the stop no longer exists. Even on the last image for Google Maps, the area was in very poor shape and would have barely been recognised prior to being cleared.
