The submission is low quality and placed wildly wrong, it is located in a patch of grass next to a highway on ramp with no sidewalk for safe access. This is where the wayspot is located in game currently

This location does not exist and is unsafe, this wayspot is old, outdated, low quality and wildly misplaced and should be retired.

Thanks for the appeal, @paparobzzi. We took another look at the Wayspot in question and decided that it does not meet our criteria for removal at this time. However, it has been moved to correct location.
