I haven’t seen a sponsored Power Spot in-game. This was added when Niantic bought third party POIs for Dynamax debut
Not eligible for removal, being a Power Spot import. Please see my post here for more info:
This is not eligible to be removed then. Power Spots are a mix of unused Wayspots as well as imports, many being generic businesses that do not meet Wayfarer criteria. Power Spot imports do not need to meet Wayfarer criteria, as they have been imported by the PoGo team, not Wayfarer, and so they can go against Wayfarer criteria.

Thanks for the appeal, @Jlora . We took another look at the Wayspot in question and decided that it does not meet our criteria for removal at this time.
