Why hasn’t my appeoved POI showed into my Game yet...?

I got a POI approved but it has not shown up in Pokemon GO yet? Where did it go?

This very likely is not a bug, and will likely get moved from the bug reports section of the forum. As your acceptance email states, it can take up to 48 hours for a nomination to appear in game, and not all nominations are able to appear in all games. I have this written up for when I see a wheresmypokestop question. I know the in-game prompt tells you that you are submitting a “Pokestop” but you are actually submitting a Wayspot to the database. The Web Submit form does use the word “wayspot” instead. The Wayspot can only become a Pokestop or gym if it is alone in a level 17 S2 cell. If you feel comfortable sharing the GPS coordinates and name of your wayspot, someone may be able to help give you a visual as to why it isn’t appearing.
