First off, syncs are going to be less frequent for Ingress, until it officially splits from Wayfarer. There is a recent staff post about this:
As for PoGo, it’s actually located at 50.368159, 3.080564, and appears to be right on the edge of neighboring S2 cells. Here’s what that looks like on IITC, with the pin being the correct location:
So, it’s hard to tell if it is in the empty S2 cell to the north, or is in the already occupied S2 cell to the south.
Also, being you have noted that you placed this inaccurately, just going to let you know that is considered abuse, as it’s manipulating the map. Accuracy is very important for Wayfarer, so placing a nomination simply to get it into a game is seen as abuse. From what I see, the entrance of this is at 50.368085773223406, 3.0804958426999347, which is what is in the photo for the Wayspot as well, and that would have been where I would have placed the location pin.
