Just being older does not make something historic.
I’ve been around since the early 70s. Can I be a pokestop
My house was built in the 1950s (family have lived here since the 60s) but it’s not classed as Historic.
Italy has buildings that are 100s / 1000s of years old. Your office is a toddler.
Well, Italy as a country is just over 150 years old. I don’t know how old the building is, but the ACI is an agency founded in 1905 and is not a private home. It’s an agency that performs a public and useful function for the community. Among other things, the ACI manages the registers of classic cars (while the registers of regular cars are managed by the Civil Motorization Department). In short, it’s a point of reference for the local community. I don’t understand why it’s so difficult for you to understand.
Nothing to explore, nothing to perform a physical activity at, nothing to meet friends. It is a random place of work.
Look into other place. I dont think that place is eligible. If you are not convinced, you can try resubmit and appeal again if its rejected. But know that if it kept getting rejection, maybe it really is not eligible.
And just to add a note of caution to this comment, a quote from NianticAaron
Has nothing to do with Criteria. Lloyds bank was founded in 1765, doesn’t make it eligible.
Has nothing to do with Criteria. So is the tax office.
Has nothing to do with Criteria. A classic car museum is acceptable, somewhere a classic car owner goes to complete paperwork is not.
Has nothing to do with Criteria. Anything can be a point of reference. “Go past the public toilets, turn left. It’s on the right just before the roundabout”.
So…
- I don’t understand.
- The other people posting here don’t understand.
- The local Reviewers that originally rejected it don’t understand.
- Have you “Appealed”, pretty sure that the Niantic Team will not understand.
The only person that isn’t understanding is you. You are trying to twist the criteria to make it fit…
- It’s like a Post Office - No it isn’t.
- It’s a place to socialise - No it’s not.
- It’s Historic - It’s a bit old.
Myself and others have all explained in simple terms why this does not meet criteria and why it was correctly Rejected.
Either YOU don’t understand or more likely just refusing to understand so there is nothing else I can add to this conversation so I will step back.
Good Luck and Goodbye.
Standing in line to fill out paperwork for car licensing is not a cultural experience. What you’re calling a “broken record” is many experienced Wayfinders giving an accurate explanation of the Wayfarer criteria.
The only person ignoring the meaning of the words they are reading is you. If you are so convinced that this meets criteria, pour your passion into your appeal statement. I would not appeal this.
Perhaps its the only way for op to realize. If Op is not convinced by explanation here, He/she is free to resubmit. If it kept getting rejection on resubmit and appeal, perhaps it can wake him/her. Moving on, If he/she kept spamming despite rejection and got warning, perhaps that warning will wake him/her
In my opinion, this Automobile Club is more of a business than a general meeting place for like-minded Automobile enthusiasts. I live in Roma, Queensland, Australia, and we have a Wayspot of an Automobile Club, which is a Club House in the corner of a park, where enthusiasts meet every month and put on barbecues for Easter and Christmas fundraising for the club. Members and the raised money serve to help the community by helping erect fencing around the park to make it safer for children to use, and build an ammenities block in the park etc. Your nomination doesn’t seem to be like our Wayspot, but a general business for Automoble licencing etc. I hope this can offer an explanation (and example) as to why your Wayspot was rejected.
