This is an old mural similar to the one reported in this post Old mural not there any more.

The Mall has been renewed and all murals like this have been removed. In fact, this mural used to be covering the entrance to the shop shown in the image when there was nothing there.

I have uploaded two 360 photos to Google Streetview so that you can see how the Mall looks like nowadays. The first one shows the surroundings where the mural used to be. Since the old mural location is not accurate enough, you can also check the second photo and see that there is no such mural nowadays.
