Necesito apoyo para poder acceder nuevamente a mi cuenta de Wayfarer la cual había sido suspendida temporalmente.
Me comuniqué hace unos días al soporte de Niantic explicando la situación, ya que la suspensión de 30 días que me dieron terminó y he podido acceder nuevamente a mi cuenta de Pokémon Go, a lo que respondieron que no debería tener problemas para acceder a mi cuenta de Wayfarer, pero aún no he logrado tener acceso a ella, ya que cuando intento iniciar sesión me sigue apareciendo el aviso de que mi cuenta ha sido cancelada.

Sometimes users previously have reported that after a timed suspension the wayfarer access didn’t work properly.
I’ll tagg @NianticAaron who might come back to you after the weekend and do the necessary
Actually niantic support should be able to do it as well. While its true that wayfarer access might need staff to unlock after suspension, niantic support should be able to do it too.(based on personal experience)
In fact, the first thing I did was contact Niantic support to explain the situation, and they responded as I explained above.
They also recommended clearing my browser cache and trying to log in from a different browser. I even tried logging in using a different device, and I still get the same message.
