The center is a Mikvah, and officially it is now called Park Slope Mikvah, their web page is https://parkslopemikvah.com/ it is still at 292 15th Street, Brooklyn, NY 11215, USA

Thanks for the appeal, @CuddlyT3ddyBear We have taken another look but stand by our decision to retire the Wayspot.
