To check on these 2 you need to go to the location and get to the submission screen and check what it shows in terms of pokestops and the orange pins - is one of them your wayspot?

Have you tried clicking on the orange exclamation points on the map to see what they are? It’s possible that one could be your Wayspot. It could have also been moved if it was placed incorrectly during nomination, as reviewers can do that to accurately place Wayspots, which is required.
I strongly suspect this red pin is in reality in the cell to the right on @DTrain2002’s screenshot, and therefore shares a cell with something else. If the coordinates you shared above are the exact ones from your submission email, then it appears to have been moved in review.

Unfortunately not.
The the pin is in correct location, there is nothing you can do. Attempting to move it to make it appear can be viewed as abuse to manipulate game and subject to abuse ladder system.
