Second, there is no Wayspot at the coordinates you gave, illustrated by the red pin.
Zus Coffee may have been moved in voting, but it is located as shown in the screenshot, and is in the same L17 S2 cell as SAINT FATIMA OF MERCY, so cannot be a Pokestop or gym.
