I quite did not understand on the top reasons for not accept this submission.
“The submission lacks uniqueness or historical and cultural meaning”
When you sit on this bench this view has only one. Is it call unique?
I saw people do their activity running, chitchat, stroll with their dog etc. Is it call the way of life or culture?
Could you please help me to understand and improve my decision?

First off, are you using 2 different languages for the description and supporting info? You don’t need to do this, especially with the description. As long as the info is accurate in one language, that’s all you need to use. I can’t tell if you edited in the English or not, but if you did edit it in, it’s not needed with the many translators available these days.
Benches with scenic views can be eligible, but at times, they can be tough to sell. While the main photo here is good, there are some things that could be improved upon. First, here’s the clarification on scenic viewpoint benches:
The title doesn’t note that this is a scenic viewpoint of the reservoir; in English it translates to “Sunbeam Receiving Platform.” I would go with a title that includes the name of the reservoir in the title, as well as saying it’s a scenic viewpoint or scenic lookout.
The description and supporting info should provide more info in regards to how this meets criteria. Yes, it’s next to a walking track, but many places to walk may have benches to take a break that may be seen as generic and indistinct. Describing this more as a bench with a scenic view may be better than describing it as a bench to recharge while exercising. While scenic view benches may be in areas where one can get some exercise, the view is typically what people are wanting to explore.
Actually, I use only 1 language in description (Thai). I just translate in English and put into the picture for more understand for all

and description like this
“You can sit and see the sunrise on this bench, keep a beautiful view and moment in memory. It is in public and safe area. close to walking track”

It is sometimes hard to assess exactly what went wrong with a nomination as this looks good overall. But it does sound as though it needed better text.
Your new suggestion sounds good and clearer as to why this is a distinct place to go. The supplementary text should make it clear that this is being proposed as meeting the explore criteria.
