Well i suggest you reword it and resubmit
Iām 90% sure it will be rejected again at the submission stage. And other than taking out the word clearly, which as I said, usually works because im disagreeing woth the rejection, I think id struggle with the appeals. Ill wait anyway as ive got however many days it is for appeals now (think its 17? Or 18?)
I just donāt see the difference there from my submission⦠maybe that I reiterated a bunch of stuff about the buildings(which was in my description)? But honestly feel if mine was approved, yours should be
15
Well if its not about whats written, then perhaps its about what can be seen from supporting photo(the view)
Personally i like the photo
Oh, didnt realise it was that quick lol. Gonna need to start getting my calender set up so I can appeal stuff as soon as they come up
If you have spare submission slots, resubmit it. If you are more than 10km away, consider two submissions and put the second one on hold pending the review of the first, to save having to revisit.
- Make sure you focus on the bench-with-a-view aspect.
- Say more about the area, how you get to the bench, what this is a view of.
- Make sure there are no grammatical/typing errors (these alone could have been enough to cause reviewers to want to reject).
- Include a link in the supporting information about the official stance on benches-with-a-view :
"Benches (with or without plaques) can encourage exploration if they are an anchor at a significant point such as a scenic viewpoint. "
My plan is to wait for a dry(er) day and go rebumit, so that I can get a better shot of the hills behind it ā¦ā¦ but as its scotland, i may need to wait for the 2 weeks of sunshine we get ![]()

The hills look very wonderful in that photo. Besides - if you wait for a dry day and sunshine, it might look as though the photo has been doctored.
Scotland, winter, sunshine? Must be fake.
A nice crisp winters day with snow on tge ground sounds nice.
It happens on the day before and the day after a trip out to look at the scenery.
Technically I didnāt say sunshine, just said dry lol, but with how scotlsnd is, sunshine is usually the only dry times lmao
The day of? Drizzle.
Sunshine after rain is also midge time in the Highlands.
