@NianticTintino someone need to set up/update my currently email to automatically receives receive the rewards codes.

I received a reward code by email from the community, and when I enter the code, it says this gift code or promo code is not valid or promo is not available.
The user who wrote the post is the user who has completed the review 40 to 49 times.
I got a code with 40 down rewards because the challenge ended early so I couldn’t achieve 50 times, but I don’t think the promotion eligibility in Pokemon Go game has ㅁchanged to 50. When can I get it?
The above is not what I’ve been through, it’s a translation of what comes out of the community.

There is no remote parade pass, and the bag is also plenty to spare.
Due to the early closing, judges who participated in the challenge more than 40 times and less than 50 times are showing the same symptoms.

  • If the bag is full or if there are three remote rate passes, we have confirmed that compensation is not received.
  • I have confirmed that if there is some empty space in the bag, it will be exceeded and compensated.

I had an offer to upgrade my storage for almost free so I did. If my email wasn’t sent yet it will be delivered. In the event it was sent already but failed to be delivered cause my storage was full, can it be sent again?

I haven’t received an email and expect that I won’t as I no longer have access to the email address that I originally used.

These were really exceptional PoGO rewards. Thanks to the Wayfarer and Pokemon GO teams for making this happen.

If you have an “invalid code” error - have you redeemed another code recently (within the past week)?

I think there’s some sort of redemption limit - this is in PoGo anyway. I received two codes to redeem once, and had to wait a week before doing the second one. It might be very particular, like down to the hour. I thought I had waited long enough to redeem the second, but when I tried I got some sort of invalid code error. The next day it worked :slight_smile: Might be wrong, or just irrelevant for this situation, but might as well throw out an idea…

Update: Guess that IS wrong, since people are redeeming both the codes with no problem :sweat_smile:

Recebi hoje os códigos, todos foram resgatados corretamente, sem erro, sem bug, obrigado pessoal do wayfarer pela paciência e o trabalho duro.

I received my own email with the rewards today but I have a friend who hasn’t received their email yet. What advice should I give to my friend to help them be able to get their codes?

I got tier 1 individual reward. One incubator.
Wondering what tier 2 and tier 3 individual got?

I did 50 reviews and didn’t get any reward email at all.

It was shared in the initial challenge post but I received tier 3 rewards it was a Super Rocket Radar(Giovani) and 2 super incubators

I didn’t get my reward. I completed 3 tiers and I didn’t get the email yet. I use Apple ID,there is nothing in the spam.

As usual, I haven’t received my codes - there is an issue with my old email somehow appearing in challenges, even though I’ve changed my email wherever I could (working email is on a Gmail domain, the defunct one is on an otherinbox domain).

I got a code for the Tier 3 reward and an individual reward (did 101 reviews) for PoGo. The Tier 3 code worked fine, but the individual code gives an error message:

This Gift Card code or promotional code is invalid, or you do not qualify for the promotion.

Glad you got your email. Your friend can post in this topic so that the Wayfarer Team can look into it.

Got my gifts, but no super rocket radar (made over 500 reviews). Did I miss a change in rewards?
