Dumb question but is your ingress account level 8 or above?

I use the same Gmail account for both games. I’m level 10 in Ingress and over level 37 in Pokemon Go.

I didn’t get the email for my challenge rewards :frowning:

Now I have to post on the forums? How is that fair that I have to chase Niantic down for what’s rightfully mine?
It’s not very fair to put the onus on me when it’s their mistake.

My interactions with this company are starting to feel like abject abuse at this point, between the bait-and-switch with the Lucky Trinket and now not delivering on a promise when I did free labor for them.

FAQ:
• Yes, I did check spam/junk folders
• No, I have never changed my email before
• No, I don’t have a screenshot of the banner, I didn’t think to take one, because I trusted Niantic. I know that I did at least 150 because I remember that I did them mostly in one sitting.
• Yes, I have an Apple ID, but I don’t think it’s connected to Niantic, and I always log into Wayfarer with Google, not Apple ID

The Wayfarer Ambassadors in the Discord server said in an announcement all challenge reward emails have been sent out and to make a post on the forums if you don’t have one and you should. So I think they should be done.

Per staff:

I would wait a little longer, and I would check to see if you have ever used Apple ID for any of the games, as Wayfarer goes through the games login, and if you have both Apple ID and Google linked to your PoGo game account, it’s possible that it may have been sent to a relay email for Apple ID if you chose Hide My Email.

I distinctly remember that I considered about 203 nominations. However, the award is only for 75.

I just recently hit level 37 in Pokemon Go a day or two before seeing the community challenge was happening. Maybe because its new to Niantic Wayfarer the code wont be sent until tomorrow? My account to my knowledge has only ever had one email associated with it. Previously I have always signed in with Niantic Trainer club, but for wayfarer started using the apple sign in instead. So I dont know if that is throwing a wrench in things. Just possible issues Im thinking of right now.

My google storage and inbox is completely full. I didn’t realize we would receive the rewards from the lastest challenge via email. I’d hate for this time reviewing and staring at the loading icon to be for nothing. Is there anything I can do?
I checked support to open a ticket but no options come even close to my problem so I didnt submit one

If you have not received an email……

This should be the email associated with logging in to Wayfarer however each year there have been email problems - a different email or spam folder etc.
So as a first check do look at all emails that have been associated with Niantic and spam / junk folders.

Apple users using their Apple ID and Hide my email check that your relay email address is correct.

If you have 3 remote raid passes already then the code won’t work. You have until the end of the month to use a pass and the code should then work.
The team will be checking this thread to see and address issues.
If you post and then the problem is resolved please do edit your post so the wayfarer team know.

Can premium passes cause a problem too? I don’t have any remote passes, just some classic passes.
Oh, also, my storage isn’t full. I’m quite new on the forum, I’m kinda lost with all the forums and stuffs, where to ask the right thing, so, sorry to ask here.

You need at least 32 spaces in your inventory for Tier
3 rewards in PoGo.

I checked, I have exactly 404 spaces available

Like the last time i participated in wayfarer challenge, my rewards codes probably gone to my old email that i no longer have access and it’s no longer linked/associated with my wayfarer and niantic games accounts, i still din’t received the rewards codes in my currently linked email.
