It sounds like you have nominated this cafe, but you haven’t received a resolution yet. This depends on the number of reviewers in your area, as well as their Wayfarer reviewing rating. Staff has not disclosed how many votes are needed and most likely won’t. This is outlined in the Wayfarer FAQ:
How many reviews does it take to make a final decision on a Wayspot’s eligibility?
This exact number cannot be disclosed at this time, however, we can say that this depends on the performance of each individual Wayfinder.
If you do want to see a faster resolution, you may want to consider reviewing yourself, as this will help to keep your local queue down, and possibly get your nomination in front of others. Reviewing also can help you gain upgrades, which, when applied to a nomination, opens them up to a larger review area, which may help speed up resolution.
