It sounds like you have nominated this cafe, but you haven’t received a resolution yet. This depends on the number of reviewers in your area, as well as their Wayfarer reviewing rating. Staff has not disclosed how many votes are needed and most likely won’t. This is outlined in the Wayfarer FAQ:
How many reviews does it take to make a final decision on a Wayspot’s eligibility?
This exact number cannot be disclosed at this time, however, we can say that this depends on the performance of each individual Wayfinder.
If you do want to see a faster resolution, you may want to consider reviewing yourself, as this will help to keep your local queue down, and possibly get your nomination in front of others. Reviewing also can help you gain upgrades, which, when applied to a nomination, opens them up to a larger review area, which may help speed up resolution. Can you explain in more detail your issue. Is it still in queue, in voting, accepted but not showing?

Please be patient. Few weeks to few months review time is normal depending on queue in your area.

In addition, this is not criteria for accepting.
You might want to consider improving the nomination if its still in queue. The onus is on submitter to convince reviewer that the place is great place for exploration/exercise/socialize. Insufficient evidence might result in rejection.
