Rumour has it that the in-Parc play has been suspended, and the City-wide play has been extended to 9pm because of the weather. Hope you all are able to make use of the extra hours. I think a Make-up event could be the right answer.

Today was unbelievably hot even in the morning. The hazardous thunderstorms still have not arrived at almost 11pm but the heat certainly felt like a hazard
I went to see the Wayfarer team and sat in their oven/tent for a while- it was lovely to meet @Xenopus and @ElfFromSpace and see @elijustrying for the 2nd Go Fest in a row!
I also got a perfect shiny zacian while sat with them so it’s called Wayfarer and will be level 50 soon.
Tomorrow I’m hoping for a more relaxed day where I can look at some submissions potentially, but mostly spend time in cafés and places with air conditioning!

Yes 33c and muggy. Yum.
It was 15-20c too warm for me 
I took almost 4 litres of water with me to the park and drank almost all of it - I also gave 500ml to a lady who was struggling badly before she even arrived

I try to prepare. It makes me feel better to know I have water and sun cream available. When we got back to the hotel I was still badly dehydrated. This heat has been brutal.
Hopefully today is more relaxed! Shorter walks with breaks and more coffee sounds like a good plan today.

There was a constant stream and you did well to get a T shirt. I was there at that time helping people check in and answering questions and 2 other Ambassadors were handing out the T shirts.

Theres a proper make up event happening on Sunday the 22nd afternoon at some point.
not sure on the exacts but there was a post from the pokemon go social media team at some point.
I did get a a chance to talk to some people some of whom are already forum users and to spread the word about how great a resource this is

The weather was very hot, the tent was the only shade and we spent time in front of it talking to people to check them in. If it was a longer conversation we headed for some shade. It’s always good to listen to a wide range of experience - not just different countries but different continents. The heat did fry my brain but I hope I seemed to talk sense.

Mine too!! It was so nice we got to meet up outside of the park too as that was much cooler and more manageable!
