Continuing the discussion from Wayfarer at GO Fest 2025!:

Hello Explorers,

We are kicking off the summer season with you by continuing our presence at all three Pokémon GO Fest locations this summer!

Representatives of the Niantic Wayfarer program will be in Osaka, Jersey City, and Paris and we hope to see you there! We will be once again hosting a Wayfarer booth and are excited to meet our awesome Explorers in person. Be sure to save some time during your GO Fest experience to stop by and chat with the team face-to-face, recognize the incredible impact you have on the map, and show off your Wayfarer badge for a chance to get some Wayfarer Swag (while supplies last)!

Hi everyone, just wanted to remind you all on the eve of Pokémon GO Fest 2025: Osaka day 1 that you can only pick up Wayfarer swag on the same day and time as your park play session! Be prepared to show your Wayfarer badge and bring your best vibes :smile:

Would you please reconsider? Most Japanese people don’t read this English forum. I have a lot of friends who plan to pick up a limited number of badges in advance to focus on park time :pleading_face:

I visited the Wayfarer booth at Pokémon GO Fest 2025 Osaka on the morning of May 29. The staff did not specifically ask for a park ticket for the day. It was good. As in previous years, it seemed that when the number of tickets distributed at each park time slot was finished, an announcement would be made to come back at a different time slot on a different day. Also, the time of the regular lunch break is fluid and the time is unreadable. The person who was planning to go get Swag later was confused by the very early lunch break.
