I’m fairly certain this would be a duplicate case. I have tried reading everyone’s articles and remember seeing that you shouldn’t have POI for every playground equipment at a single park.
I have a review on some soccer fields It looks
Like they already have several existing.
Imo, if every field has a unique number for a unique title, then it is eligible separately per this clarification. I believe that a sports field with multiple points of play refers to features of the field. For example, I would consider the north goal a duplicate of the south goal, or a pitcher’s mound as a duplicate of an entire baseball field.
The “unique number or unique title” aspect is controversial and not everyone agrees that “football field 1”, “football field 2” and so on are all automatically eligible.
What is fairly well agreed is that fields for different sports are eligible separately. In this photo, there are 4 areas. and the submission pin is on the fourth.
I’m going by the size of the playing area. The two on the left are duplicates of each other. The three in a column from the pin upwards are duplicates of each other. The two on the top right are duplicates of each other.
It looks like the person doing these submissions has gone with the maximum possible without stretching the definition of distinctiveness.
Hi hi!
I would have way more of a problem with the fact that this seems to be pinned in the middle of the field than with the uniqueness of the field - for which I agree with @cyndiepooh 's interpretation of the criteria.
tl;dr for next time, whatever you decide, if you decide to accept, move it somewhere to the side of the playing field
Please note the “and”, I take this to read that each sports field needs to be distinct from the others so several football pitches that are the same size etc are not distinct from each other so sticking a number on the end does not make it so.
If they where to also have a 5 a side pitch that would be distinct.
I commented on another post and I believe it is correct here, a tenpin bowling alley would be 1 waypoint even if the lanes crossed in to a 2nd cell.
