Hallo, ich verstehe nicht, warum dies nicht Akzeptiert wird. Es ist öffentlich zugänglich und hat nichts mit einem Privatgrundstück zu tun. Es wurde nicht akzeptiert, da es ein Privates Grundstück sei. Dies würde ja kein Sinn machen, da ja es ein öffentlicher Shop ist. Dazu hab ich alle Wayfarer-Kriterien nachgelesen und erfüllt.

Hello and welcome,

If the nomination is believed to be on “Single Family Private Residence” then the Rejection is correct.

This includes anything up to and attached to the boundary.

Whether it can be reached from the pavement makes no difference.

A common nomination mentioned on these forums are “Little Free Library”, they are often placed in someone’s garden facing the pavement. These are still ineligible.

So possibly you need to provide proof that this is a business and not SFPRP. Even if the business is conducted from SFPRP, that rejection reason would apply.

I won’t get into whether an egg stand would meet criteria. Also, we have plenty of people here who can read your submission in the original without having to translate who can possibly help you more.

As well as SFPRP and whether an Egg Stand is a great place to be Social, Exercise or Explore there is the “safety” aspect that you would be stood on the driveway when using it.

When there are multiple reasons to reject reviewers can only select 1…

I read the the part about a public shop referring to the actual object where you can buy the eggs, and not the larger property behind it.

I thought I covered the situation where they were selling from their home, too. TY if that wasn’t clear. Without going into whether an egg selling business would meet the criteria of a great place for exercise, exploration, or being social. Since the question was about the rejection for SFPRP.
