Can We Have Pending Wayspot Nominations Added To The Map?

Has the team considered adding pending Wayspot nominations to the nearby map in Pokémon GO? Or to the Wayfarer map that is being developed? This would potentially save people from nominating things that are duplicates, but they don’t know they are duplicates because they aren’t on the map yet.

Could the optional question for Social be removed?

We aren’t required to answer how many people we think could socialize at a Wayspot nomination during review when we do upvote it for meeting the social criteria, so is it possible to have this question removed? It just doesn’t seems like it serves a purpose, especially since it’s optional for us to answer.

It is optional so there is no need to answer it.

Just as a familiar account name displayed on Street View is deemed acceptable, it would be reasonable for Scaniverse’s account name to be considered acceptable as well. After all, it is now a separate company. Might it still not be permissible?

You can link and write everything in supporting info. I do not see any problems.

Are there plans to improve the reviewer education or onboarding process for new Wayfinders?

Many new reviewers want to do well but struggle to understand the criteria fully, leading to inconsistent reviews. Has the team considered expanding tutorials, adding in-app examples, or even periodic refreshers to help everyone stay aligned on what makes a great Wayspot? This could go a long way toward improving overall quality and reducing frustration on both sides.

What about a small test before accessing Wayfarer the first time to educate new Wayfinder. Maybe one time a year for all Wayfinder. And please add reason why one voted it wrong at the end when looking the results.

Would it be possible to be able to view a history of edits/past changes to a waypoint?

Would it be possible to be able to view a history (almost like an event log in windows) of edits/past changes to a waypoint? I think that including historical data about what the stop’s history has had can contribute to avoiding potential wayfarer abuse, and can provide additional contextual info about what is being submitted.
