Hi everyone,
there is a giant sports complex across the street with MANY nice potencial wayspots - but its next to a school:
ALL the attractions (running course, fitpark, basketball, beach volley, soccer, sandbox ect) are very popular and utilized by community as the area is available to the public
before wasting everyones time (especially since we have a very active “remover” around) - if i get some wayspots approved and they get removed, would an appeal work here?
and after reading some of the topics, please be civil and constructive
thank you for you feedback
Even if it is for open use, if the sports facilities are part of the school, it renders all potentially eligible candidates, ineligible

You’ll need to provide some kind of proof that these are not on school grounds. There can be Wayspots next to a school, just as long as they are not on school grounds or a part of the school, but again, proof is needed. If you can find any city boundary info showing that this is not a part of the school, or that it’s managed by an entity other than the school, like a local park district, that would also be helpful.
For an example, in my hometown, our indoor ice skating arena is next to the school (all grades go there), but the arena is owned and maintained by the city park district, so it does have a Wayspot as it isn’t on school grounds, but city grounds. Here’s how it looks on the Intel map, with the arena being the smaller white building.
