the pokestop was maliciously reported by a player who does not like the club presented on the pokestop, it has been approved by the community, it is in the appropriate boxes, I added screenshots above

From my knowledge and seeing the photo you shared it looks for me as a vandalistic graffiti. Recently Niantic have been removing those ones as they don’t meet any criteria. I recommend you to read the recent criteria clarification for urban art: Unique Art

Okay, so why wasn’t this accepted by the community if it’s not vandalism?
If it was accepted by the community then it was wrongly approved. Sometimes nominations that are not eligible get accepted due to abuse or lack of knowledge. People usually tend to nominate or accept the same type of things that are already in the map.
