The one you posted might not be, as how it meets the eligibility criteria is not apparent from these objects. Nor have we seen the full nomination.

I’m going to interpret this as you wanting a pokestop that you can reach from your house. Unfortunately, the majority of people do not have one they can reach from their house. This is not a failure of the Wayfarer system

I live in a very rural village, where at first sight absolutely nothing was eligible anymore, and if it does, 50% gets denied anyway.
But in a CITY it is virtually impossible to have nothing nearby.
Graffiti, bulletin boards,little cafes and restaurants, playgrounds, ornaments on houses, chapels, crosses, religious statues, churches, memorial objects, sports courts, remarkable historic architecture, little hotels, it cannot be that hard to turn that place in Pokemon heaven.
That said, nobody has the right to a private stop and/or gym that they can reach from their house. Although for some immobile players that might be crucial, Niantic does not care about that. A public library or a bee hotel (not on private property!) can sometimes rig that a bit, but it is very difficult. I’m my village there are clusters with much more objects than the cells allow, and entire S2 cells without a single possible waypoint. That sucks, but it is what it is.
I am the lucky one with a community center and four statues in front of my house that I managed to turn into three stops, but my friend can hardly ever play because she is in the same position, but the closest object we could find is a 150 meters down the street (doable but not daily) and she lives across a school, so she’s doomed either way.
Try to discover the world with Wayfairer eyes. Walk streets you usually never walk. Look around you and up. Explore. Look at your surroundings instead of your phone. And review a lot; that gives you so many ideas.

This! Don’t just submit things where you wish there were a game location. Instead, look for points of interest that would make great Wayspots!

I would want to have a Poké stop near my house but there is nothing significant I can use to have a poke stop near me all there is, is a blue ribbon tree.
Hey, welcome to the forums.
Unfortunately not everywhere is going to be plentiful in points of interest, so you do have to do the other part of the Niantic games and explore your area and see if there is anything eligible.
If you’re comfortable sharing your general area (don’t doxx yourself) then people will be able to have a look around for some eligible things.
