i have random numbers at my name how can i fix it pls help

i got scared and changed my ninatic id now… but still wana get rid off those numbers i want a normal name pls is there anyone can fix this?
Do you see the DM? When I have a message from staff there is a small envelope in the top right corner here that I can click on. Like this
