Thanks for the appeal, @AMG7070. After reviewing the additional evidence provided, we’ve decided to restore the Wayspots in question.

Please note: The changes will not reflect in Ingress. Ingress Prime is no longer associated with Wayfarer. To make changes in Ingress, please reach out to Ingress support through Ingress in-game support or using the webform link provided in Niantic Spatial Support: https://nianticspatial.helpshift.com/hc/en/8-recon/faq/798-reporting-a-wayspot

Well, this is good news.

Why is it good news if I may ask? Yes, the wayspots are restored which is awesome, but I don’t think you mean these particular spots.

If these are fine, then so are other trail marker stickers in the Netherlands.

But it open a lot new question for people that try to understand the critiria and guidlines. Not everything is inside the critiria and guidlines.

Appeals decisions can help to inprove people’s submitting new wayspots.
Or what not to submit.

It says nothing about a particular material used as a trail marker conferring eligibility.

In addition each wayspot either as appeal or nomination needs to be assessed on what is presented.

Its not about the materials, or to use it as example to submit a wayspot.

I just like to compare all appeals for my self.
So i can be sure what not to submit.
Everyone have a different view on what is exploreable, excercise or where to Socializing.

Submitting wayspots always have to be followed by the critiria and guidlines.

And appeal like this is only positive.
To make those beautiful walking trails :footprints:
More available. What is great option
