With all the AI verification that’s supposedly around, I’m surprised this vandalism is prohibited.
There’s a lot of public and private properties that were unfortunately vandalized, some take days or months until they’ve painted over by owners but some people don’t have money to do it on regular basis.
There should be a separate option for reporting a location with vandalism or containing profanity.
You can use this form to report the Wayspot in question. Just ignore the part that says you need to be the property owner. Fill out the report and someone at Niantic will take a look at it.
There’s also a button at the top of the forums labelled “Removing wayspots” that you can click to get to the same page if you ever need it again.

Marked it as “Private Property” and it was removed completely. Thanks for the help 
Such things should be removed automatically, simple AI text recognition can reject it on upon submitting.
