Does anybody know how I earn appeals?
I can’t appeal any of my rejected nominations currently and I can’t find where I can see how many appeals I have on my account.

You’ll have 2 appeals max at a time. Each appeal resets every 15 days after use.

Is it possible to find out when it resets?
Every time you submit an appeal, you should receive an email confirming that it was submitted. Look at the dates on the two most recent emails that you received when you appealed something, and then count 15 days from those dates.
